Properties in the surrounding areas are starting to sell at a quicker pace than they were.  The family home season has begun in the Phoenix market place.  Homes will start to sell at a brisker pace and the days on market will continue to drop from now till August.  I have noticed that the homes in Las Sendas have started increasing in values and are getting sold faster.    If your looking to buy a home with 4 or more bedrooms my advice would be start early.
