Originally from Bismarck, North Dakota, I grew up with a strong work ethic and mid western pride.  I believe in treating people like I want to be treated and great things will happen.  My passion is Real Estate and with over twenty years of contract negotiating experience I will strive to meet your needs with the utmost commitment.  I believe that if I take care of the client and their needs, the transaction will be smooth and enjoyable for all. 

My wife Karla and I moved to the valley in 2008 for the opportunities that the area has for Real Estate investments.  We continuously work at growing our number of units and keep a close eye on the market trend.  I am also a member of South East Valley Regional Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors along with the National Association of Realtors and the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service . 

My designations include CSSPE which is a Certified Short Sale Property Expert and I am currently working on my GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute.  I reached the “President’s Circle”, West USA’s highest Award with over 4+ million in sales in 2013 my second year as an Agent.  West USA Realty Awarded me with the “Top Agent Who Went Above & Beyond” for production and Multi-Million Dollar Producer in my first year .   I was blessed to find West USA Realty Revelation and to have my start with them.  I would like to thank Angela and Chuck for the wonderful opportunity.
